COVID 19 Policies
As the community begins to return to live-theatre productions, the safety of our young performers, audiences, artists, and staff is our first priority. We continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and update our practices and plans as circumstances and guidelines change.
We follow a universal masking policy and require that all participants over the age of 2 years wear a mask while engaging in programming and activities with us inside any building.
THANK YOU for standing with us to care for our community by preventing the spread of Covid-19. We will be sure to update our policies as the environment changes.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
Masks are required to be worn properly by all patrons, volunteers, and offstage performers while anywhere inside the performance or Academy venue, regardless of vaccination status. This follows the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's recommendations or all guests age 3 and above, regardless of vaccination status.
Cast members and volunteers will be asked to share their vaccination status. Vaccinated performers may perform unmasked. All unvaccinated performers will be required to wear a mask at all times. Masks are required at all rehearsals.
NOTE: The costumes for all performers in Winnie the Pooh KIDS will incorporate masks. All performers, backstage volunteers, and front of house staff will be required to wear masks at all times.
Social Distancing is encouraged for all participants engaging in any activities.
Limited capacity: The performance venues will remain at limited capacity to allow for socially-distanced seating. When purchasing tickets online or at the Box Office, your group of seats will be spaced from others outside of your party.
Digital Playbills and Paperless Tickets will be issued to all patrons to reduce contact points between audiences and theater staff. Playbill can be accessed with a QR code via a phone's camera.
No intermission will be held for our Spring Show, and concessions and merchandise will not be sold on site. This measure is to alleviate congestion throughout the lobby.
Hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout our performance and academy venues.
If you are feeling ill or are presenting an COVID-19 symptoms, please stay at home. Options of ticket exchange, ticket donation, or refund are available if the Box Office is contacted up to six hours prior to the performance.
